GCSE Success at John Hanson: Inspire. Care. Succeed
We are incredibly proud of our students at John Hanson Community School as they celebrate an exceptional set of GCSE results. These achievements reflect the hard work, dedication, and ambition of our young people, and embody our school’s core values: Inspire. Care. Succeed.
This year’s results are a testament to the strength of our school community. Our committed staff work tirelessly to support and guide every student, and we are deeply grateful to our parents and carers for their strong partnership throughout this journey.
Among many individual success stories, we would like to give special recognition to Vincenzo T, who achieved a remarkable 10 grade 9s and one grade 8 and Emily P, who achieved 7 grade 9s, 3 grade 8s, and one grade 7. These are the two highest individual student results since the introduction of the new 9-1 GCSE.
Our highest performing subjects this year include Hospitality and Catering, BTEC Sport, Child Development and Statistics —showcasing the breadth of talent and academic strength across our curriculum.
As our students now take their next steps into college, apprenticeships, and future careers, we wish them every success. They leave John Hanson not only with excellent qualifications, but with the confidence, character, and curiosity to thrive in whatever path they choose.
To all our students: we are proud of you. Keep inspiring, caring, and succeeding.
